The opportunity for a full-time ECT position at a thriving school in the Northfield area of Birmingham is a great chance for an Early Career Teacher to kickstart their teaching journey. This primary school is currently seeking an enthusiastic Y5 teacher who is ready to make a positive impact on children’s lives. The ideal candidate will not only possess strong teaching skills but also demonstrate a genuine passion for education and a commitment to professional growth.
As an Early Career Teacher, you will have the chance to work alongside experienced educators, collaborate on lesson planning within the KS2 team, and contribute your innovative ideas to create an engaging learning environment, alongside having ample PPA time throughout the week. Building strong relationships with both pupils and colleagues will be essential to thrive in this role and create a positive classroom atmosphere.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
