Full-Time Year 3 Class Teacher – Northfield, Birmingham | Immediate Start

About the Role

As a Year 3 Class Teacher, you will:

  • Take full responsibility for planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
  • Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
  • Work closely with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support pupil development.

  • Confident and proactive, with strong classroom management skills.
  • Experienced in teaching Key Stage 2, particularly Year 3.
  • Knowledgeable about the National Curriculum and committed to raising standards.

  • Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for education.

Applicants must hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and be able to commit to a full-time position until July 2026.
