Zest Education is recruiting a passionate and motivated Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school just outside Lichfield. This full‑time role begins September 2026 and will run until Christmas, making it an excellent opportunity for a skilled teacher seeking a high‑quality, short‑term placement.

About the Role

  • Full‑time teaching responsibility for a Year 3 class
  • Deliver engaging, well‑structured lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum
  • Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
  • Assess, track and support pupil progress
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure continuity and high‑quality provision
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers
