Year 3 Teacher – Druids Heath 

Start date: ASAP
Contract: Until July 2026 (possible extension)
Role: Full or Part time (Job share basis min. x3 days)

Zest Education is recruiting on behalf of a primary school in Druids Heath for a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. This is a long‑term role running until the end of the academic year, with the potential to continue for the right candidate.

About the Role

  • Teaching a Year 3 class
  • Available as full-time OR job share (minimum 3 days per week)
  • Planning responsibilities will be shared fairly between job‑share partners
  • You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, raising attainment, and building strong relationships with pupils and colleagues
  • Immediate start available

About You

We are looking for a teacher who is:

  • Confident in managing challenging behaviour
  • Able to create a supportive and structured learning environment
  • Flexible and collaborative, especially if working as part of a job share
  • Passionate about helping pupils make progress both academically and personally
  • Qualified with QTS (or equivalent)
