As a Year 3 Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality. Collaborating with the other class teacher, you will have the chance to develop cohesive lesson plans that cater to the specific needs of the students. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with your colleague will ensure a seamless learning experience for the students.
To succeed in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of the Year 3 curriculum and be able to adapt your teaching methods to suit the diverse learning styles of your students. You’re engaging and interactive teaching style will foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, where all students feel motivated and supported.
In addition to your teaching responsibilities, you will also be expected to monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and assess their academic performance. Your keen observation skills and ability to identify areas of improvement will enable you to create personalized learning plans for each student, ensuring their educational needs are met.
This Year 3 teaching position is a temporary role that will begin in February 2024 and will continue until the end of the academic year.

The pay for this role will range from £140 to £212 depending on references and experience.
