Zest Education is currently partnering with a fantastic school in Telford and seeking a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their team on a part-time basis from September 2024 on a ongoing basis. This unique opportunity allows you to work three days a week, ensuring a healthy work-life balance while still making a significant impact in the classroom.
The school prioritise the happiness and well-being of the kids and staff in this kind and welcoming atmosphere, giving them the lifelong foundation of skills. This well-liked primary school is staffed by incredibly dedicated teachers that collaborate with parents, carers, and the larger community to make sure the kids are getting the finest education possible to support them in primary school and beyond.
To be successful in this role you must:
– Hold a valid teaching certification
– Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Year 3 curriculum
– Create engaging and interactive lesson plans to inspire students
– Ability to effectively manage a classroom and provide a safe learning environment
– Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development
– Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth
The role requires the successful candidate to plan and deliver exciting and enriched lessons which students can thrive from. The school are also looking for a candidate who can be adaptable and is willing to follow the schools ethos and visions.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
