Year 3 Teacher

Zest Education is recruiting a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school just outside Lichfield. This part‑time role (3 days per week) begins September 2026 and continues until Christmas, offering an excellent opportunity for a skilled teacher seeking a well‑structured, short‑term placement.

About the Role

• Teach a Year 3 class for three days per week
• Deliver engaging, well‑planned lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum
• Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
• Assess, track and support pupil progress
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure continuity across the week
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers
• Uphold safeguarding and school values at all times
