Zest Education is thrilled to partner with a renowned school in Stourbridge in search of a passionate Year 3 teacher to join their team on a part-time basis starting from November 2024. This exciting opportunity extends until at least the end of the spring term, requiring the selected candidate to dedicate 3.5 days a week to shaping young minds. The school is open to discussing the specific working days to ensure a efficient work-life balance for the successful applicant.

As a Year 3 teacher, you will play a vital role in fostering a nurturing learning environment where students can thrive academically and personally. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine love for teaching, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement. The school are looking for a candidate with a valid teaching qualification ( QTS or equivalent) with prior experience working with students in a similiar age group.

Role responsibilities include:

– Strong knowledge of the year 3 curriculum
– Experience in creating engaging lesson plans
– Ability to assess and track student progress effectively
The role requires not only familiarity with the content but also the ability to tailor lessons to meet the diverse learning needs of students. Creating engaging lesson plans that captivate students’ interest and promote active participation is essential.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
