Zest Education are working with a primary school in Sutton Coldfield to recruit an enthusiastic, hard-working, and results driven individual who has experience working with children. This role will consist of working in a Year 3 Class as a teaching assistant/classroom assistant. The role is looking to start in September 2022 and will continue into the new academic year.

The school itself is a good primary school which encourages all children to develop into independent, respectful, and confident individuals. The school’s curriculum is both rich and inspiring and offers a range of opportunities to learn both inside and outside the classroom. The enthusiastic head teacher also plays an active part in ensuring the school maintains a happy and creative environment.

The successful candidate must be a hard-working individual who is able to quickly build engaging relationships with pupils and other members of staff. The successful candidate must also be confident when it comes to supporting small groups of children within the classroom who require extra support.

The pay will be dependent on the experience and qualifications of the candidate.

Both NQT’s (Newly Qualified Teachers) and ECT’s (Early Careers Teachers) and teachers with previous experience will equally be considered for this role.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent school-based experience (teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
