Year 4 Class Teacher

Roles and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive lessons in line with the national curriculum for Year 4 students. They will create a positive and nurturing classroom environment that fosters academic growth and personal development. The candidate should have strong behaviour management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders. A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for creating a stimulating learning experience for students are essential qualities for this role.

Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably with Year 4 students
– Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and experience in implementing effective teaching strategies
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
– Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
– Willingness to participate in school events and extracurricular activities
