Zest Education, an award-winning education agency, is excited to be partnering with a delightful school in Kingshurst to find a dedicated Year 4 Class Teacher for a part-time maternity cover position. Roles and Responsibilities:
As the Year 4 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of your students. You will create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, fostering a love for learning and encouraging student growth and development. Collaborating with colleagues and parents, you will track student progress, provide constructive feedback, and participate in school events and meetings. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the national curriculum, excellent communication skills, and a passion for inspiring young learners.

Requirements:
– Qualified teacher status (QTS)
– Experience teaching in a primary school setting, ideally in Key Stage 2
– Strong knowledge of the national curriculum
– Excellent classroom management skills
– Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
– Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
– Commitment to ongoing professional development and collaboration with colleagues

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
