Year 4 Class Teacher

Job Description

Year 4 Class Teacher – Northfield (Start ASAP)

Full-time | Until July 2026 | Potential extension into the new academic year

Zest Education is seeking a highly competent and confident Year 4 Class Teacher. This role is to commence immediately at a respected primary school in the Northfield area.

This position requires a practitioner who can assume full responsibility for the class from day one. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to establish stability swiftly and to set clear expectations. You will be required to lead the pupils with assurance and professionalism from the very start. The school is seeking an individual with a firm but fair approach and strong behaviour management skills. You will need the capacity to provide the consistency the class requires at this stage of the academic year.

The school is well-regarded within the local community and is committed to nurturing a culture of curiosity, respect, and high aspirations. The appointed teacher will play a key role in maintaining these values while ensuring pupils remain on a positive and productive trajectory.

This is a full-time role continuing until the end of July 2026, and it is essential that the successful applicant is able to commit to this period in full. There is also the possibility of the position being extended into the 2026–2027 academic year, subject to performance and school requirements.

Applications are welcomed from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who possess the confidence, professionalism, and resilience required to make an immediate impact.
