Job Title: Full-Time Year 4 Class Teacher
Location: Erdington, Birmingham
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full Academic Year (Full-Time)
Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated primary teacher looking to make a difference?
Zest education are seeking an experienced and passionate Year 4 Teacher to join our welcoming and supportive primary school in Erdington starting September 2025, continuing until the end of the academic year.
You will be responsible for delivering a creative, engaging, and inclusive curriculum to a lively and enthusiastic Year 4 class. You’ll work as part of a collaborative and friendly team committed to ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing regular feedback
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
Uphold the school’s values and policies, ensuring pupil well-being and safeguarding at all times
A qualified teacher (QTS essential) with experience teaching in Key Stage 2
A creative and reflective practitioner with strong classroom management skills
Someone who is organised, approachable, and passionate about children’s learning
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
A supportive and experienced leadership team
A well-resourced and inclusive learning environment

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
