ECT / Primary Teacher (Year 4 Teacher) – Full-Time – Selly Oak, Birmingham

Start date: January 2026

About the Role

As the Year 4 class teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
  • Support a diverse cohort of learners, including children with additional needs.
  • Create a positive, stimulating classroom environment that celebrates progress and encourages curiosity.
  • Tailor your teaching to meet individual learning styles and ensure that all pupils feel supported and challenged.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to maintain strong behaviour standards and promote pupil wellbeing.
