Zest education is delighted to be working with a primary school in Aldridge who are looking for a year 4 teacher to join their teacher on a full-time basis from April 2025. The role is set to continue on a long-term basis for the right candidate.
The Ofsted rated ‘Good’ school support all staff members through continual professional development opportunities to allow them to be the best they can be. The school has high expectations of behaviour throughout the school. The school also has a range of excellent resources across the school which are accessible to all.
The school are looking for someone with a solid understanding of the year 4 curriculum as well as having strong behaviour management skills. Being able to work well as part of a team will also be required for this role.
Planning will be provided for this role, and you will only be required to complete any marking. The pay for this role will range between £120- £212 depending on references and experience. The school are open to ECT’s and experienced teachers for this role.

All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
