As a Year 4 Teaching Assistant, you will primarily focus on providing assistance within the classroom, with no planning required. Your responsibilities will encompass general TA duties, such as supporting individual students, facilitating group activities, and maintaining a positive learning environment.

To excel in this role, previous experience working with children is essential. Your ability to connect with students, understand their needs, and provide the necessary support will be key to their academic development.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
