We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 5 Classroom Teacher to join a vibrant school community in Hodgehill, Birmingham. As a Year 5 Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and inspiring our students to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students in Year 5.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to participate.
• Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to support their academic and personal development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
• Foster a positive classroom culture based on respect, kindness, and mutual understanding.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience working with primary school students, preferably in Key Stage 2.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for education and a commitment to promoting the holistic development of students.
