Zest Education is excited to be working with a fantastic school in Oldbury, seeking a dedicated Year 5 Teacher to join their team on a part-time basis working 2 days a week. This role is due to start in January 2025 on a ongoing basis. This ongoing role offers a wonderful opportunity to make a difference in students’ lives.

To be successful in this position you must:
– Hold a valid teaching qualification
– Experience teaching in a primary school setting
– Knowledge of the national curriculum for Year 5
– Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
– Strong classroom management skills

Role responsibilities include:
– Plan and deliver lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and educational standards
– Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback
– Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
– Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
– Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
