If you are an enthusiastic, hard-working, and results driven individual, who has experience working with children, then this position could be for you. Zest Education are working with a good primary school in Handsworth to recruit for a Year 6 Teacher to start in September 2022. This role is on a full-time basis and will continue until the Easter Term of 2023.

The school is in the heart of the community of Handsworth and their aim is to present an excellent environment for all children to learn in. This school caters for children between the ages of 4 and 11 including a high number of EAL children. Across the school is a wide range of facilities and resources to support all children’s education.

The successful candidate must be well organised and flexible with high expectations of attainment and behaviour. They must also be motivated to be able to make a difference to the education of all pupils. Having excellent communication skills is also important as you will be required to work closely with other staff members along with working well as part of a strong team.

QTS in the UK is essential.

Both newly qualified and experienced teachers will be considered for this position if you have previous experience working with SAT’s preparation then this would be advantageous for the role; full support will be provided.

The pay for this role will be at a competitive rate but will be dependent on experience and references.
