Zest Education is proud to be working with a very well reputable special educational needs school located in Rugeley. This is a full-time position starting April 2022 and will be ongoing until the end of the academic year.
This school caters for children from the age of five to thirteen with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH). Due to the needs of the children, the ideal candidate will have previous experience of working with individuals with special educational needs.
The team here work hard to maintain a supportive and inclusive ethos across all areas of the school and put the children at the heart of what they do. This schools aim is to build the students confidence, self-esteem, and resilience for them to become independent learners.
The successful candidate will be a committed and enthusiastic individual, who is ready to start every day with a fresh outlook and welcome the children into their learning opportunities. You will be working alongside the teacher, preparing resources, maintaining the classroom, and working with the children individually and in small groups.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years, teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
