Are you passionate about early years education? Do you have experience working with young children? Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS teacher to join a popular school on a part-time basis in Kings Heath.
Position Details:
– Hours: 2 days a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
– Focus: Covering across EYFS year groups
– Planning: Provided
– Duration: Long-term position until summer 2024

As an EYFS teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early development of the pupils you work with and lay down a strong foundation for their future successes.
Responsibilities:
– Delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons to children in accordance with the EYFS curriculum
– Creating a safe and stimulating learning environment
– Collaborating with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive learning experience
– Communicating with parents and guardians regarding their child’s progress and any concerns
Requirements:
– Qualified teacher status (QTS)
– Experience working in an EYFS setting
– Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
