Zest Education are currently seeking an enthusiastic Science teacher to join a secondary school located in the Harborne area. The school are ideally looking for a specialist in Biology, but Chemistry or Physics specialists will also be considered. This is a full time role due to commence in April 2025, and will run until the end of the academic year.
– Delivering engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum
– Developing and implementing innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning
– Assessing and providing feedback on student work
– Monitoring and tracking student progress
– Collaborating with colleagues to plan and coordinate lessons and resources
– Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant science based subject
– Experience teaching Science across KS3 and KS4
– A passion for science and a desire to inspire and motivate students
– Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
