Zest Education are recruiting exclusively for 2 fantastic teaching assistant roles at an outstanding special educational needs school located in Lichfield. Both positions will be starting as soon as possible and will continue on a long-term basis into the new academic year. Both roles will be full time and will vary between working within small groups and on a 1:1 basis supporting with all areas of the curriculum.
This school caters for children from the age of 11 – 19 with a wide range of educational difficulties from moderate to severe and complex needs; some of our pupils have additional physical, sensory, and autistic conditions. This school provides a broad range of flexible learning opportunities to meet all students’ individual needs in an outstanding and stimulating environment.
The successful candidates must be a proactive and engaging individual who has proven experience of having strong behaviour management skills and working across a range of age groups. The role will require you to work alongside the teacher, supporting with learning resources, and maintaining the classroom to a high standard.
