Zest Education are working in close partnership with a secondary special educational needs school located in Lichfield who are looking for a motivated, high achieving Classroom Support Assistant to work with them on a full-time basis starting in September 2022. The successful Classroom Support Assistant will be required to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 15:30.
The school itself caters for students from the age of 11-19 with a wide range of educational difficulties from moderate to severe and complex needs; some of our pupils have additional physical, sensory, and autistic conditions.
This school provides a broad range of flexible learning opportunities to meet all of the student’s individual needs in an outstanding and stimulating environment. The successful candidate must be a proactive and engaging individual who has proven experience of having strong behaviour management skills and working across a range of age groups.
