Early Career Teacher

Job Description

Zest Education is working closely with a lovely school in Wolverhampton. This school is seeking an Early Career Teacher to join their team starting in September on a full-time basis until the end of the academic year. This is a great opportunity to gain more experience and confidence in a classroom setting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Early Career Teacher will be expected to actively participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular involvement.

Requirements:
– A relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, etc.)
– Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities
– Commitment to professional growth and development

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
