Zest are working with a school in Hodgehill who are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Early Years Teaching Assistant to join the dynamic team starting in September 2024.
The school aims to provide a creative and challenging curriculum that inspires future thinkers, innovators and problem solvers in an immersive environment that stimulates and supports high quality learning.
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and learning of the youngest students, providing a stimulating and safe environment for them to thrive.
Key responsibilities include assisting the class teacher with planning and implementing engaging activities, supporting individual and group learning, and observing children’s progress. The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education, strong communication skills, and a compassionate approach to working with children.

Pay will start from £75 per day based on references and experience.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
