Zest Education is thrilled to announce a rewarding opportunity for a talented Year 2 Teacher to join a wonderful primary school in West Bromwich. If you possess a strong desire to inspire and educate young learners, we want to hear from you!

This position is due to begin in October 2024 until July 2025 and will require the successful candidate to work 3 days a week across this period. The school are open to discuss working days with the successful candidate.

To be successful within this position you must:
– Qualified teacher status (QTS) with relevant teaching experience.
– Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of Year 2 students.
– Strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, parents, and students effectively.

Responsibilities for a Year 2 Teacher:
– Develop and implement creative lesson plans in line with the national curriculum.
– Provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.
– Assess student progress, track their development, and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
