Zest Education is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 PPA Teacher to join a lovely primary school in Stourbridge. This part-time position, working 3 days a week, offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and welcoming team. The role is due to begin in October 2024 and the school are open to discuss with the successful candidate working days.

As a PPA Teacher, you will have the chance to work with students in Key Stage 1, helping to deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that promote a love for learning. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. The school are looking for a teacher with a qualified teaching status ( QTS or equivalent) with prior experience working in a key stage 1 certain. Knowledge of key stage 1 curriculum would be desirable.

As a Key Stage 1 PPA teacher, some of the key responsibilities include:
– Delivering engaging pre planned lessons in line with the national curriculum for Key Stage 1.
– Providing targeted support to students to help them achieve their learning objectives.
– Collaborating with other teachers and support staff to create a cohesive learning environment.
– Communicating effectively with parents and carers regarding student progress and any concerns that may arise.
– Keeping accurate records of student achievement and behaviour management
