We are looking for a passionate Year 2 Teaching Assistant to join our team at Zest Education in a primary school located in Bedworth. Your role will be pivotal in supporting the children’s learning and personal development starting in September 2024 on a long-term basis.
Working Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 15:30, you will collaborate closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging activities and lessons that inspire the students. It will be essential for you to provide 1:1 and small group support to children, adapting activities to meet their individual needs.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in fostering positive relationships with the students, promoting their independence, self-esteem, and confidence. Additionally, you will assist in monitoring and assessing student progress, providing valuable feedback to the teaching staff to ensure continuous improvement.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
