Zest is currently working with a lovely primary school in Cradley Heath who are currently looking for a dedicated teaching assistant to work within their team. This role is to begin October 2024 and will continue until the end of the summer term, there may be a chance for further employment should the school think you are a correct fit for the school.

– Deliver engaging and innovative lessons alongside the class teacher that cater to diverse learning styles
– Create a nurturing and supportive classroom environment for all students
– Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
– Provide timely feedback to students to support their academic growth

To be successful within the position:
–  relevant teaching assistant qualifications are desirable
– Experience teaching in a similar setting with a track record of success
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Passion for education and a commitment to student welfare and development

The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
