Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and supporting their educational journey? Zest Education, an award-winning education agency, is currently partnering with a delightful school in Small Heath to recruit a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant on a part-time basis.

The successful candidate will work closely with a specific student, providing individualized support to help them excel academically and personally. Key responsibilities may include assisting with lesson planning, delivering tailored interventions, and promoting positive behaviour management strategies. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working with children in an educational setting, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting student learning and development.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
