Are you a passionate educator looking to make a difference in students’ lives? Zest Education is seeking a dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join our vibrant team at a primary school in Coventry. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to inspire young minds and shape the future generation.
As a Year 4 Teacher at this school, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a dynamic curriculum that meets national educational standards. Your responsibilities will include planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the diverse learning needs of our students. By utilising various teaching methods and resources, you will foster critical thinking skills and enhance student understanding.

As a Year 4 Teacher, you will collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects, promote cross-curricular learning experiences, and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
To excel in this role, you must possess a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification, along with experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably in Year 4. A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your ability to create a positive classroom environment, coupled with strong organization and time management skills, will be key to your success.

All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
