Zest Education are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time KS1 Teaching Assistant to join the team at a primary school in Sutton Coldfield starting in January 2025.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting teachers in delivering high-quality education to our students. Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one support to students, assisting in classroom activities, and helping to create a positive learning environment.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification in education or a related field, previous experience working with children, and a compassionate and patient demeanour. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are essential for this role.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
