1:1 Teaching Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities:
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant at this esteemed school, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized support to a specific student, helping them to engage effectively with the curriculum and overcome learning obstacles. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate and patient approach, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and motivate them to achieve their academic goals. Requirements for the Successful Candidate:
– Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role
– Knowledge of effective strategies for supporting students with diverse learning needs
– Ability to adapt to the individual requirements of the assigned student
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
