Attendance Officer

Job Description

Are you looking for a rewarding role in a bustling secondary school environment? We are currently seeking an experienced Attendance Officer to join our team in Harborne. This full-time position, starting in January 2025, offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students.

As an Attendance Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring student attendance, working closely with parents and teachers to ensure all pupils are present and accounted for. Previous experience in a similar role is essential, as you will play a crucial part in promoting good attendance habits among our students.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, from 8am to 4pm, providing a stable and consistent schedule. For the right candidate, there is the possibility of this role becoming permanent, offering long-term career prospects within our school community.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position is recent and relevant experience, ideally school-based within the last 5 years.
