Zest education are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time Year 4 Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Marston Green, starting in February 2025.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the class teacher in providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for the students. Your responsibilities will include assisting with lesson preparations, supporting students with their learning activities, and providing individualized support to ensure each student reaches their full potential.
The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in working with children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous experience working in a school setting or with children is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
