Zest education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time KS1 Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Bordesley Green.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the academic and personal development of our young learners in Key Stage 1.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
– Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help
– Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
– Contribute to the planning and preparation of educational activities
– Support the social and emotional well-being of students
Requirements:
– Relevant experience working with young children in an educational setting
– A passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
– Minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent)
Location: Bordesley Green, Birmingham
Start Date: Immediate
