Job Description

Zest Education in recruiting for a special educational needs school located in Telford who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher to join there dynamic team. This full-time role, starting in April 2025, offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive environment that focuses on meeting the individual needs of students aged 5-18 with Autism (ASC) and social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH).

As a teacher at this school, you will play a vital role in helping each child build self-confidence, develop initiative, and achieve independence. We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, a creative and innovative approach to teaching, and a strong understanding of special educational needs. Flexibility, reliability, and a high level of motivation are essential qualities for this position.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
