Zest education are working with a primary school in Hodge Hill who is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join the team. This full-time position is available for an immediate start, and we are excited to welcome a new member to our school community.
As a Year 3 Teacher at the Primary School, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate young learners, helping them develop academically, socially, and emotionally. Zest are looking for a qualified professional with a proven track record of excellent classroom management, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
– Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
– Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
– Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience
– Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
– Experience teaching in a primary school setting, particularly Year 3
– Strong knowledge of the national curriculum
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
