Teaching Assistant – Harrow (SEN)

Job Description

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs? Our outstanding SEN school in Harrow is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their team.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with students aged 7 to 16 who have Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) and Autism (ASD). Your role will involve providing one-on-one support, assisting with classroom activities, and helping to create a nurturing learning environment for students.

This is a full-time position, starting immediately. You will work Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 3.30 pm, supporting students throughout the school day. If you are compassionate, patient, and eager to make a positive impact in the lives of young learners, we would love to hear from you.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
