Are you passionate about shaping young minds and creating a positive impact on children’s education?
Zest Education are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Class Teacher to join the team at a primary school in Erdington starting in September 2025. As a Year 3 teacher, you will play a crucial role in fostering a supportive learning environment and helping students develop essential skills and knowledge to excel academically.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the curriculum and cater to the diverse learning needs of students
– Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and collaboration
– Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth
– Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school leadership to ensure a holistic approach to student development
– Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay updated on educational trends
Requirements:
– Qualified teacher status (QTS) with experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably in Year 3
– Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Passion for working with children and helping them achieve their full potential
– Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive school culture

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
