Zest Education is proud to be supporting a well-regarded secondary school in North West London in their search for an English Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary in line with the Outer London pay scale, using national teacher pay scales.

The successful candidate will bring strong subject knowledge, a proven track record of success in the classroom, and a commitment to fostering a love of English language and literature in their students.

The Role:

  • Teaching English across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with potential KS5 depending on experience)

  • Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons

  • Contributing to a supportive and collaborative department

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds QTS and has at least 3 years’ teaching experience in London

  • Has a proven ability to raise student achievement in English

  • Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills

  • Brings energy, creativity, and a passion for English education

  • Is committed to continuous professional development and collaborative working
