Key Responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the individual needs of KS1 students
– Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic and personal growth
– Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement
– Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of each child
– Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to enrich the school experience
Requirements:
– Qualified teacher status (QTS) and experience teaching KS1 students
– Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students
– Commitment to fostering a safe and supportive learning environment
– Willingness to contribute to the wider school community and uphold the school’s values
