Zest Education is currently recruiting for a committed and nurturing 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly primary school in Lichfield.
This part-time position is due to start in September and offers a rewarding opportunity to support a young learner in their early educational journey.
The successful candidate will be working on a one-to-one basis with a pupil in the EYFS/Key Stage 1 setting, providing tailored support to help them access learning and thrive both academically and emotionally. You will play a vital role in adapting the curriculum to suit the individual needs of the child, working closely with the class teacher and SEND team to ensure consistent and effective support.
We are looking for someone who has previous experience in a similar role, ideally within an EYFS or KS1 environment. A strong understanding of early years development and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to support specific learning needs is essential. Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs are key qualities for this role.
