Zest Education is proud to be supporting a well-established and inclusive secondary school in Stoke-on-Trent, who are seeking a passionate and reliable Teaching Assistant to join their team from September for the full academic year.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 20 days of recent experience working with students in KS3–KS5

  • A genuine enthusiasm for education and supporting young learners

  • A relevant qualification – such as NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in education

  • Confident classroom and behaviour management skills

  • The ability to deliver 1:1 support, tailored to individual needs

  • Strong organisational skills and the flexibility to assist with lesson delivery

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
