Zest Education is working closely with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Walsall to recruit a part-time Teaching Assistant with a minimum of a Level 2 qualification.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting teaching staff across the school on a part-time timetable (days/hours to be confirmed).
Working with individuals or small groups of pupils to reinforce learning and build confidence.
Assisting with classroom preparation, resource organization, and general admin tasks.
Promoting positive behavior and encouraging pupil engagement.
Providing additional support for children with varying learning needs, where required.
What We’re Looking For:
A minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Experience working in a classroom or similar educational setting.
A flexible and proactive approach to supporting teaching and learning.
A calm, friendly, and encouraging attitude.
