Zest Education is working closely with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Walsall to recruit a part-time Level 3 Teaching Assistant. This is a great opportunity for an experienced and qualified TA to support pupils’ learning while enjoying a flexible working pattern.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide classroom support to pupils under the direction of the class teacher.
• Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning and help close gaps.
• Assist with planning and delivering targeted interventions.
• Support the emotional and social development of pupils across the school day.
• Help to create an engaging, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment.
Requirements:
• A recognized Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Experience working in a primary school setting.
• A calm, nurturing, and proactive approach to supporting children’s development.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing.
