Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages progress and independence.
• Assess, record, and report on pupil development in accordance with school policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share good practice and ensure consistency across the key stage.
• Maintain high expectations for pupil behavior and learning outcomes.
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent experience teaching in KS2.
• A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment expectations at Key Stage 2.
• Excellent classroom management and organization skills.
• A reflective, resilient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
• A commitment to contributing to the wider school community.
