Zest Education is working closely with a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Dudley to recruit a passionate and committed KS1 teacher for a full-time role starting in the new academic year. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
• Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess and monitor progress, adapting teaching where needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent standards across the key stage.
• Maintain positive communication with parents and careers.
Requirements:
• QTS with recent KS1 teaching experience.
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum.
• A nurturing, creative, and flexible approach.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
