Zest Education are proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and nurturing primary school based in Atherstone, who are seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team from September.

Location: Atherstone
Start Date: September
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 3:30pm
Contract: Full Time, Term Time Only
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience and qualifications

This is a fantastic full-time opportunity for someone passionate about working with young children and supporting their early development in a stimulating learning environment.

The Role:

  • Supporting the class teacher with daily classroom activities and planning

  • Working closely with individual children or small groups to aid development and understanding

  • Promoting a positive and engaging learning environment

  • Assisting with observations and assessments in line with EYFS framework

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold a relevant EYFS Qualification (Level 2 or 3 preferred)

  • Have experience working within an Early Years setting

  • Be enthusiastic, patient, and nurturing in approach

  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum

  • Be committed to the wellbeing and development of all children
