Zest Education are proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and nurturing primary school based in Atherstone, who are seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team from September.
Location: Atherstone
Start Date: September
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 3:30pm
Contract: Full Time, Term Time Only
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience and qualifications
This is a fantastic full-time opportunity for someone passionate about working with young children and supporting their early development in a stimulating learning environment.
Supporting the class teacher with daily classroom activities and planning
Working closely with individual children or small groups to aid development and understanding
Promoting a positive and engaging learning environment
Assisting with observations and assessments in line with EYFS framework
Hold a relevant EYFS Qualification (Level 2 or 3 preferred)
Have experience working within an Early Years setting
Be enthusiastic, patient, and nurturing in approach
Demonstrate a solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum
Be committed to the wellbeing and development of all children

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
